All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged or lost in transit by UPS. Once the package is in UPS's possession, it is out of our hands. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We offer two shipping options: UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. Once your shipping label has been created, we will send you a UPS tracking number via email. This allows both you and us to track the status of your package and gives you peace of mind regarding the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your zone designated by UPS.
